27 New Awards
The Trust is delighted to announce it has made 27 awards amounting to just over £48,000 at the September meeting of Trustees. These awards have been made to exceptional Scots for study in disciplines as varied as Astrophysics, Human Rights and Dispute Resolution, Dramatic Writing, Cancer Research, Reproductive Medicine and Intelligence, Security and Strategy.
In addition to five Scottish Universities, the University of Oxford and Kings College London recipients will be studying at a wide range of international institutions such as the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, the Tisch School at New York University, the University of Prague, York University in Toronto and the Akademie Mode and Design in Berlin.
Now in its 51st year the Trust is glad to continue its work of supporting excellence in need and thanks to recent generous donations has been able to make several additional awards at this round.
